About me
MY BACKGROUND
My name is Lucas Weinzettl Adnet Pinheiro. I was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on the 9th of June 1999. I lived for 17 years in Brazil and studied in a German school because of my Austrian nationality. From 2016 to 2018, I lived in Tenerife, an island in Spain, where I have learned to speak Spanish. I finished high-school in a German school in Tenerife and got the Abitur. After finishing high-school I moved to Leeuwarden, Netherlands, to study Leisure & Eventsmanagement at NHL Stenden.

WHO AM I AS A LEISURE & EVENTMANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL?
As a Leisure & Events professional I would say that I will be a hard-working person who would strive to achieve the best results and the most successful events. I would always try to find new ways of doing my events and new ideas of possible future events that could benefit me and my company. Always having in mind that events create memories and try to give them the best experience possible. I think I would be a flexible professional, always listening to the client's vision of the event to provide them the event they want. I would also provide them with the different possibilities they have, cause sometimes the client does not know what they want and you need to provide them the best options. ”People do not know what they want until you show it to them” - Steve Jobs. I am also a person with empathy for others, so I would understand the needs and feelings of my fellow workers and clients. Furthermore, I would seek to have an organized event-plan because I want every little detail to be seen and prepared. I want to have good relationships with my co-workers because I think this is the best way to get in the right direction and have a healthy team-work. I also want to have in mind to not lie, and always keep myself inside the law, without accepting any kind of corruption.
These are my visions for now and hopefully, in the future, they turn out to be true.
Future
MY ENVISION OF THE FUTURE AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
What I want to achieve in the future is having my own events company, deciding where, when and about what my event is going to be. My wish is to start in Europe and when I have everything set, go back to Brazil and organize events there. People ask me in what area I want to specialize myself in, but I like so many things that I cannot choose only one. I would like to do weddings, also for my long-term friends, special anniversaries, like a 50-year-old party, events to help raise awareness and funds to environmental causes and for those who need it the most, events to promote new products, food events, as also music festivals, and of course also sport events.
